The 39th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (NAMBE 2025) will be held at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, 1300 Tuyuna Trail, Santa Ana Pueblo, NM 87004, August 25-27, 2025 in conjunction with and preceded by the Workshop on MBE for Emerging Emitter Technologies, August 23-24, 2025.

Workshop Registration Hours:

Saturday: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 7:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Conference Registration Hours:

Sunday: 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Monday: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the NAMBE 2025 (39th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy) or the Workshop on MBE for Emerging Emitter Technologies you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by June 13, 2025, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after June 13, 2025.
