Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

Presentation Times:

Invited or Awards presentations are 30 minutes long, including 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Contributed presentations are 15 minutes long, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Audio-Visual Setup:
The conference room will be set up with a screen, microphone, LCD projector, and laptop (PC). NAMBE will provide a laptop (PC) in the session room. Please load your presentation using a flash drive on to this computer prior to the start of the session or during a session break. Please note that PowerPoint (16:9) is the recommended presentation software.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

Poster presenters are requested to be present at (or near) their poster during the times scheduled for poster viewing.

NAMBE 2025 Posters: Monday, August 25, 2025, Tamaya DE

Setup Time: Monday, August 25, 2025, 1:00 p.m.-5:10 p.m.
Poster Session Hours: Monday, August 25, 2025, 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Poster Size: Poster presenters will be provided with a blank board and push pins for mounting posters at the setup times listed above. The poster boards will be 48 inches wide x 48 inches high and will be marked with your poster number that is listed in the program. Please make your poster no larger than 46 inches wide by 46 inches high.
Poster Removal: Posters must be removed no later than Tuesday morning at 9:00 am. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any posters left on the boards after Tuesday morning – any remaining posters will be discarded.
